Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("you", "User", "Customer") and Rightlook Window Fashions Ltd ("Rightlook", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of getinstallers.com (the "Site" or "Service"). By accessing the Site, browsing installer profiles, or initiating any communication, quote request, or transaction with an installer through the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. You must affirmatively accept these Terms before you are permitted to contact, message, request a quote from, or otherwise communicate with any installer listed on the Site. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

getinstallers.com is a directory and lead-generation platform that allows independent third-party installers, contractors, dealers, and service providers (collectively, "Installers") to list their businesses and allows Customers to discover them. Rightlook Window Fashions Ltd is not a party to any agreement, transaction, contract, quote, sale, installation, repair, or service provided, performed, or offered by any Installer. We do not provide installation, measurement, fabrication, repair, design, or any other window covering or home-improvement service ourselves.

Your relationship — contractual, commercial, financial, or otherwise — is solely and exclusively with the Installer you choose to engage. We are not your agent, broker, employer, partner, joint venturer, or representative, and no Installer is our agent, employee, subcontractor, partner, or representative.

Installer profiles, ratings, reviews, certifications, photos, insurance claims, license numbers, pricing, response times, and all other content are submitted by Installers or third parties. Although we may display "verified" badges or similar indicators, we do not independently audit, vet, supervise, monitor, license, insure, bond, employ, train, or guarantee any Installer or any aspect of their work. We make no representation or warranty as to the qualifications, character, honesty, skill, licensure, insurance, workmanship, safety, timeliness, pricing, or suitability of any Installer.

You are solely responsible for performing your own due diligence, including (without limitation) verifying licensing, insurance, references, written contracts, warranties, and pricing directly with the Installer before engaging them.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby irrevocably release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Rightlook Window Fashions Ltd, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses of every kind and nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Service;
• any contact, communication, quote, estimate, contract, transaction, payment, deposit, refund, dispute, or other dealing between you and any Installer;
• any service, installation, measurement, repair, product, workmanship, defect, delay, no-show, cancellation, misrepresentation, fraud, theft, or other act or omission of any Installer or its personnel;
• any property damage, personal injury, bodily injury, illness, death, emotional distress, financial loss, lost profits, lost data, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, however caused and under any theory of liability (including negligence);
• the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of any Installer profile, listing, review, photo, price, certification, or other information on the Site.

The Site and Service are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of the Released Parties arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount, if any, you have paid to Rightlook Window Fashions Ltd in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). The Released Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, judgments, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site or Service; (b) your interaction, transaction, or dispute with any Installer; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Any dispute, complaint, warranty claim, refund request, chargeback, lawsuit, or other matter arising from work performed (or not performed) by an Installer must be resolved directly between you and that Installer. Rightlook Window Fashions Ltd has no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, investigate, refund, or otherwise become involved, although we may, at our sole discretion and without assuming any liability, remove an Installer from the directory.

getinstallers.com is not responsible for, and accepts no liability whatsoever for, any transaction, payment, deposit, quote, contract, communication, scheduling, product, or service that occurs between a customer and an Installer. All such matters — including pricing, payment method, deposits, invoicing, refunds, chargebacks, warranties, scheduling, cancellations, no-shows, workmanship, defects, damage, re-work, and any other dispute of any kind — are the sole responsibility of the customer and the Installer to resolve directly between themselves. By using the Site you acknowledge and agree that Rightlook Window Fashions Ltd will not act as an intermediary, escrow agent, mediator, arbitrator, payment processor, or guarantor for any such customer–Installer transaction.

This Refund Policy applies only to fees paid directly to Rightlook Window Fashions Ltd for use of the getinstallers.com platform (for example, Installer subscription plans, listing fees, featured-placement fees, or lead credits). It does not apply to any payment made to an Installer — see Section 7a above.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) and automatically renew until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.
• All subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods, unused features, accidental renewals, or accounts cancelled, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• One-time fees (featured placements, lead credits, add-ons) are non-refundable once delivered or redeemed.
• Duplicate or fraudulent charges caused by a billing error on our part will be refunded in full once verified. Contact us within 30 days of the charge.
• Where a non-waivable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants a mandatory refund or cooling-off right, that statutory right applies and is not limited by this policy.

Before submitting any contact form, message, quote request, or other communication directed to an Installer through the Site, you will be required to affirmatively accept these Terms by checking an acceptance box. By doing so, you reaffirm and adopt this entire release and limitation of liability for that communication and for any resulting engagement with the Installer.

getinstallers.com is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Rightlook Window Fashions Ltd and the Affiliated Parties accept no responsibility or liability of any kind for, and you expressly release them from, any issues, losses, or damages arising out of or relating to:

• Technology issues — including site downtime, outages, slow performance, bugs, errors, broken features, failed messages or quote requests, lost or corrupted data, account lockouts, login problems, search or matching errors, email or notification delivery failures, security incidents, data breaches, malware, viruses, phishing, or any third-party hosting, network, CDN, payment, analytics, AI, or infrastructure failure;
• Sharing of information or profiles — including any information, profile content, photo, contact detail, review, message, lead, or other data that is shared, forwarded, displayed, indexed, cached, scraped, intercepted, disclosed, deleted, or made available to any installer, customer, search engine, AI system, or other third party, whether intentionally, accidentally, or by unauthorized access;
• Accuracy — including any inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, mistranslated, mislabeled, or misleading installer profile, listing, photo, price, service area, license number, insurance claim, certification, review, rating, response time, availability, or any other content on the Site;
• Loss of business, leads, customers, revenue, profits, goodwill, or opportunity — including any installer's loss of leads, ranking, visibility, placement, reviews, subscription benefits, or revenue, and any customer's loss of time, deposits, or expected service, regardless of cause and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses;
• any other direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Site or any data, feature, or service offered through it.

We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any data displayed will be accurate or current. You are solely responsible for verifying information, backing up your own records, and conducting your own due diligence before relying on anything found on the Site.

By uploading, submitting, or otherwise providing any photograph, image, video, illustration, logo, rendering, or other visual content (collectively, "Submitted Images") to getinstallers.com, you grant Rightlook Window Fashions Ltd and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, and partners (collectively, "Affiliated Parties") a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license and right to host, store, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, crop, resize, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, broadcast, and otherwise use the Submitted Images, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever — including marketing, advertising, promotional, editorial, commercial, training (including AI/ML model training), analytical, and operational uses — at our sole and absolute discretion, with or without attribution, and without any obligation of notice, approval, accounting, or compensation to you.

You represent and warrant that, for every Submitted Image:

• you are the sole owner of the image, or you have obtained all rights, licenses, consents, releases, and permissions necessary to grant the license above;
• the image does not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, trade secret, right of publicity, right of privacy, moral right, contractual right, or any other intellectual-property or proprietary right of any third party;
• every identifiable person depicted (and, for minors, their parent or legal guardian) has given you a written release authorizing the uses described above;
• the image does not contain confidential, defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or misleading content.

You release, waive, and forever discharge the Affiliated Parties from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action — including for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, misappropriation, or compensation of any kind — arising from our use of the Submitted Images as permitted by this section. You further agree to indemnify and hold the Affiliated Parties harmless from any third-party claim resulting from a breach of the warranties above.

We do not have to use any Submitted Image and may remove, refuse, or stop using any image at any time, in our sole discretion, without notice or liability to you.

All visual content created or commissioned by getinstallers.com for the Site (illustrations, hero imagery, service category photography, icons, and the getinstallers.com logo) is either originally produced for us or licensed for our use. We do not knowingly publish third-party copyrighted or trademarked imagery on the Site without authorization. If you believe any content on the Site infringes your rights, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable at the registered office of Rightlook Window Fashions Ltd, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
